Opening an Account

Do I need a TradingView account?

If you don't already have one, you will need to open an account with TradingView first. It only takes a moment and is completely free. You can create a TradingView account here.

Once you have opened your account and logged in, you will then be able to connect your City Index CFD account and place trades using TradingView.

Can I trade with my City Index account with TradingView via my mobile device?

No, you cannot trade with your City Index account using a mobile version of TradingView — you can only use the desktop version. This may change in the future.

How can I access TradingView?

To access your City Index account with TradingView, you will need to login via the City Index website. Alternatively, from the TradingView website you can select ‘connect’ from the City Index broker profile under the Trading Panel tab and enter your account credentials.

What can I trade on TradingView?

Direct integration with TradingView allows you to trade forex and CFDs with competitive commissions and fast execution. Just visit the City Index broker profile to learn more.

How do I get started with TradingView?

Firstly, create or log in to your existing City Index and TradingView accounts, then go to the City Index broker profile and click “Trade” or find the City Index icon on the Trading Panel. Finally, enter your City Index credentials to begin trading.

How do I make deposits and withdrawals?

After connecting to TradingView, all your account transactions — including deposits and withdrawals — will still be operated by City Index. You can see our full range of payment options from within MyAccount.
