I acknowledge that:

  • I am aware of the risks involved with trading CFDs and leveraged products;
  • I have been given all the information I need from City Index to complement my existing knowledge when assessing the merits, values and risks of the products to be traded;
  • City Index has not given me a Product Disclosure Statement relating to the Professional client (Sophisticated Investor) product offering;
  • City Index has not given me any other disclosure documentation that an AFSL holder would be required to provide to retail clients; and
  • City Index has no other obligations to treat me as a retail client for trading their products.
